• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

📁 Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital products are non-refundable once purchased.

This includes:
• PDF embroidery patterns
• SVG files
• PNG files
• Digital punch needle patterns
• Printable embroidery templates

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
